Family owned and operated, Slow Smoke BBQ opened their doors for catering in the spring of 2010. After several years enjoying cooking and entertaining for large family events, we decided to take that joy of cooking to the community. Once this decision was made, many months of research began to find the best smoker in the market. In 2009 we purchased our new Lang BBQ Smoker that holds up to 350 lbs. of meat. With this wood burning smoker we use a blend of Oak and Hickory hand cut from our own land to give that perfect smoke flavor throughout our meat. Our meat is seasoned with our own special blend of spices and slow smoked for several hours. We also offer our homemade BBQ sauces that complement our slow smoke product.
